1. What this policy covers

This Privacy Policy explains what information Waboxa Technologies ("Waboxa", "we", "us") collects when you use our website and platform, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to account holders, their team members, and, where relevant, the end customers they message through the WhatsApp Business Platform.

2. Information we collect

3. How we use information

We use collected data to operate and improve the platform, deliver messages you send, provide customer support, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

4. Data sharing

Message data is shared with Meta as required to operate on the WhatsApp Business Platform. We may share data with sub-processors who help us run infrastructure, billing, and support, under contractual confidentiality obligations. See our GDPR page for details on international transfers.

5. Data retention

We retain account and message metadata for as long as your account is active, and for a limited period afterward as required for legal, tax, and dispute-resolution purposes. You can request deletion at any time — see Section 7.

6. Security

We apply encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and regular audits. Full detail is available on our Security page.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact support@waboxa.com or follow our data deletion instructions.

8. Changes to this policy

We'll post updates to this page and, for material changes, notify account owners by email.
